No pre-paid support. All support either free or chargeable is ticketed, tracked and invoiced during the month. No paying up front and no overpaying.

09.00 – 17.00 Saturday and Sunday)
We can also offer free quarterly management review meetings, to ensure we’re on track and aligned with the client’s requirements.
